  • When was Korolevski fashion house founded?
    KOROLEVSKI LTD has been founded officially in 2023.
  • Where is Korolevski company based?
    KOROLEVSKI LTD has been founded officially in Britain.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit card payments, Apple Pay and PayPal.
  • Why you are selling only underwear / lingerie?
    Our first items are from the underwear category indeed. Hopefully in the near future we'll have a large variety of other Korolevski items.
  • Do you accept returns?
    It depends. If the customer receives a damaged item which may happen sometimes during delivery or a wrong item dispatched by mistake then he/she has the right to return the damaged and/or the wrong item at no cost, asking for a refund or for an exchange. The underwear ( bras and/or women's bottoms and/or men's boxers ) that has been tried on or worn is/are not accepted as return/s. Please read/check the size tables/charts carefully before placing an order.
  • What is delivery time to UK mainland?
    Delivery time to UK mainland is normally 48 hours with Standard Delivery and 24 hours with Next Day Delivery if the order is placed before 1 pm.
  • What is delivery time for international shipments?
    It depends on the country where you live. Delivery in a European country may take 3-5 business days. Deliveries in North America, South America, Australia or Asia 6-7 working days.
  • Does Korolevski have a physical store/shop in the UK?
    Not at the moment but hopefully we'll open soon our first physical store/shop in the UK.
  • Do I have to pay customs fees if I'm ordering from abroad?
    All orders from Korolevski are dispatched from the United Kingdom. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location. UK - No Customs Fee's. Please be aware that Korolevski does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Korolevski, we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund. If you opt for the refund, a shipping and handling fee could potentially be deducted from your refund. Sometimes customs may choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to Korolevski. In this instance, we will not be liable to reship the product back to you or offer a refund. If you are unsure about whether you are subject to Customs and Duties fees, we would best advise contacting your local Customs office for more clarity and information. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact one of our Korolevski Experts.
